GMT Pallet
The GMT pallet is a composite material of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin. It does not need to be glued together. After melting at a high temperature of about 300 degrees, the cooking will not crack, and the boiling water is only 100 degrees. Like steel cast concrete, the glass fiber is three-dimensionally staggered like steel bars. The resin wraps the glass fiber like a steel-wrapped steel bar. Therefore, the rigidity and toughness of the pallet are particularly strong. GMT is a new type of engineering plastic developed in various industries in recent years. It can be recycled and is called the most promising green material of the 21st century.
Use
The pallet is mainly used for receiving bricks, drying bricks, etc.
Product Advantage
1. Light weight: GMT pallet weight and bamboo relative. Ordinary 6-15 bricks with 850 × 680 pallet, bamboo plywood 25mm thick, GMTpallet and PVC pallet 18mm thick.
2. High impact resistance: the same conditions impact contrast, GMT board impact strength ≥ 30 KJ/ m: PVC board impact strength <15KJ / m'.
3. Rigidity: GMT board elastic modulus 2.0-4. 0Gpa; PVC board elastic modulus 2.0-2.9Gpa.
4. Not easy to deform: GMT board flat, not easy to deform; PVC board easily deformed, warping.
5. Water: water absorption <1%, no effect with water.
6. Wear: Surface hardness Shore 76D. The same pallet, the brick machine with the belt pressure for several years of continuous work, the pallet is intact.
